Cake Tasting...

Below is a nice post on Dynamite Weddings. One of my brides is a contributor to this wonderful blog and took a picture of the cake and dessert tasting we did this past weekend. If you have a tasting coming up in the near future take a look so you know what to expect. I always recommend that my couples eat before our appointment so they aren't ravenous and can actually taste the flavors and decide which is their favorite.

New (not so) Guilty Pleasure

So I was surfing some of my favorite photo blogs and one thing led to another and I discovered this new magazine. I'm floored! I love it. I can't remember the last time a magazine made my mouth water and my brain race (Art Culinaire? Donna Hay? Saveur?). Take a look and see if you have an equally strong reaction.
