Who are we?

We create desserts as unique and special as you and your event. We believe you CAN have you cake and eat it too, but you can also have mousse, pies and tarts, crème brûlée, or éclairs! Special events are just that, SPECIAL and nothing says PARTY like those sweet little bites at the end of the party.

Cake Table

I can't tell you how many times I've spoken with catering staff after an event (mine or others) when they comment that they didn't know the flavors of the cake.
Having a cake sign is a charming addition to your cake table. This sample is from the Laura Hooper Calligraphy's site, but talk to your calligrapher or stationer, they should be able to help you with something similar!

I always like to give my couples ideas of pretty items that can go on the cake table in addition to the cake. Here are some of the non-cake items that can add visual interest to a cake table:

  • Cake Sketch

  • Bridal Bouquet

  • Photo of the Bride and Groom (perhaps an engagement picture)

  • Champagne Flutes

  • Cake Knife and Server

  • Small Plate, Forks and Napkins

  • Additional flowers or petals

  • Candles

  • Complimentary Table Linens
Remember, Don't OVER DO IT! The wedding cake is very commonly a centerpiece for the reception, if there is too much "stuff" on the table it will lose it's impact. On the other hand, if you have a small cake, or are having a cutting cake with sheet cakes in the "back", filling the table with sentimental and complimentary accessories can be a nice touch.
