We create desserts as unique and special as you and your event. We believe you CAN have you cake and eat it too, but you can also have mousse, pies and tarts, crème brûlée, or éclairs! Special events are just that, SPECIAL and nothing says PARTY like those sweet little bites at the end of the party.

Metallica Groom!

What do you do with a groom who loves Metallica and wants a groom's cake? I suggested an old school record with the band's logo as the record label! I added John and Katie's wedding date and their names for a little personal touch. (Side note: Piping black royal icing is a PITA! This was the fourth version!)

This was one cake that I didn't get a picture of! (I was flying - as in running around like a chicken with her head cut off! - and just forgot!) So a HUGE thank you goes out to John for the picture!

BTW - the cake was chocolate cake with peanut butter buttercream filling. mmmmmm
