We create desserts as unique and special as you and your event. We believe you CAN have you cake and eat it too, but you can also have mousse, pies and tarts, crème brûlée, or éclairs! Special events are just that, SPECIAL and nothing says PARTY like those sweet little bites at the end of the party.

Frank and Julene's Wedding Cake - May 16, 2009

I finally found my camera. Here are a few pictures of Frank and Julene's cake. The bottom tier was a vanilla genoise with layers of raspberry jam with lemon curd and fresh raspberries all wrapped up in cream cheese buttercream. The top (pink) tiers are white cake with layers of Chambord ganache with vanilla bean pastry cream and fresh raspberries all covered in raspberry buttercream. All very natural and SUPER flavorful! (Side note: I don't recommend cream cheese buttercream for an outside wedding... even when frozen it just doesn't freeze solid. Fortunately Julene was a DOLL, but this cake did have a little bit of a buttercream waterfall effect after four hours on display... outside... in 95 degree heat!)
